Hi there, I'm Bob, one of the co-founders of Bridgit. In this short video I'll share how Bridgit supports the use of gift batches when integrating data between Raisely and Raiser's Edge NXT.

I'm going to navigate to our Bridgit portal and select the integration that runs between our Raisely campaign and our NXT sandbox. I'm going to choose a period of time over which to run this. For this demonstration of gift batches I'm going to choose a one week period, but this could easily be aligned to a Stripe payout period, or it could be scheduled to run on a regular basis.

With that triggered, I'll pause the video and we'll rejoin once it's complete.

So we're back. The bridge run has completed and I can see that it's found 18 records within that period to transfer from our test Raisely campaign. If I navigate to our NXT sandbox I can see the creation of a new gift batch containing the 18 gifts.

All of the standard functionality within gift batches is available here, including review of the gifts contained within the batch and manual updates should they be required. Once everything looks good, we can hit approve and see the gifts posted.

That's a very short look at how Bridgit supports gift batches when integrating data between Raisely and Raiser's Edge NXT. Be sure to check out our other videos on recurring gifts, fees, tickets and custom fields. Thanks for watching.
