The previous Raisely to Raiser's Edge NXT integration built by RedArc is no longer supported (as of January 2026). It still runs today, but as either platform changes it will eventually stop working. This Bridgit integration is the supported replacement, recommended by Raisely. Register your interest and we’ll plan a smooth switch with you, with the least possible disruption to your data.
The problem it solves
Without an integration, moving Raisely data into Raiser's Edge NXT means downloading reports, cleaning and reformatting them and importing them by hand. It’s time-consuming, error-prone work, and while the data sits in a spreadsheet queue, your supporter records fall out of date. Thank-yous go out late, duplicates creep in and fundraising decisions get made on stale data. The integration removes all of that.

Gifts, recurring gifts, constituent records, consent preferences and custom fields flow from Raisely into Raiser's Edge NXT on a schedule, matched to the right constituents, credited to the right fundraisers and coded against the right campaigns, appeals and funds.
How the Raisely to Raiser's Edge NXT integration works
Bridgit connects to Raisely through the Raisely API and to Raiser's Edge NXT through the Blackbaud SKY API. Your integration is configured to your organisation: matching rules, consent handling, credit types, custom field mappings and default campaigns, appeals and funds. Runs happen on a schedule you set (hourly, daily, weekly or monthly), each picking up the latest window of Raisely activity and loading it into Raiser's Edge NXT.
Safe, staged onboarding
Nothing is posted to your live Raiser's Edge NXT environment until you’ve tested and are happy. Every onboarding follows the same path from safe preview to full automation, so you keep a human in the loop for exactly as long as you want one, and no longer.

Test data lands in an NXT gift batch, so you can inspect the created constituents and gifts before anything posts.

Controlled go-live
New campaigns go live to gift batches on your schedule. For live campaigns, we reconcile existing recurring donations first so nothing duplicates.

Full automation
After an agreed number of clean runs, the bridge moves from gift batches to direct posting, and every run is monitored.
Good to know: current limitations
- Scheduled, not real-time. Runs happen hourly, daily, weekly or monthly on a schedule you set.
- One-way flow. Data moves from Raisely into NXT; changes in NXT don’t flow back.
- Online donations only. Offline gifts entered manually in Raisely should be recorded directly in NXT.
- Matched giving is not currently transferred.
- No event attendees. NXT Events and Participants aren’t populated (ticket income is still coded via gift splits).
- Stripe/PayPal payout dates are coming soon to help with reconciliation.
